The mountain railways in Visperterminen provide easy access to a beautiful ski resort in the midst of the alps offering panoramic views of the highest mountains in Switzerland. This child-friendly, open area is guaranteed snow from Christmas to Easter, takes you to 2,300 metres above sea level and has 20 kilometres of ski slopes. It can be accessed by 1 chair lift, 2 T-bar lifts and 2 rope tows. Children can have fun on the sledging piste or attend the ski and snowboard school, which of course is also open to adults.
The exciting 7km-long sledging slope leading from Giw to Visperterminen is a fun adventure for the whole family. Every Friday the week's sledging anecdotes are recounted in a romantic ambiance combined with a delicious fondue.
