The family-friendly Stoos winter sports region makes every winter sports enthusiast's heart beat faster. 35 kilometres of fun on the slopes at every level of difficulty will delight guests of all ages. Frönelis Winterland is perfect for first turns in the snow, beginners will find easy slopes at the Sternegg and Maggiweid ski lifts, pleasure skiers are drawn to the sunny slopes of Fronalpstock and good skiers appreciate the black pistes on Klingenstock. Adrenalin-seekers whizz down the 2 km long toboggan or airboard run on the Fronalpstock. For cross-country skiing fans, there are over 10 kilometres of varied trails meandering through magnificent landscapes. Hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth on the idyllic winter hiking trails and snowshoe trails.
The toboggan run at Fronalpstock is challenging and not suitable for children without adult supervision. Slopes in the village of Stoos and at Frönelis Winterland are suitable for small children.
