Aeschiried offers a small but special skiing area - ideal for families and beginners with a marvelous view of Lake Thun. The ski runs are of easy to medium difficulty and the ski passes are reasonably priced. Cross-country skiers will be delighted by the romantic cross-country ski trail along the snow-covered Suld River, and 15 km of prepared footpaths are at the disposal of winter hikers.
