Description
From Elm you can soon reach the snowy, varied skiing terrain on the slopes of the Schabell (2036m) and Blistöcken, with six lift facilities and an astonishingly large choice of pistes, including a permanent racing course. The 35km of prepared pistes are suitable for both beginners and top-class skiers. After all, Elm is also the home of Vreni Schneider, the best female Swiss skier of all time. The full range of winter attractions includes a 4km toboggan run; sunny winter hiking trails; marked snow-shoe trails; two lovely 7km cross-country courses; ski tours and an ice climbing tower in the middle of the village of Elm.
